May 24 - 25 | Montreal and Toronto

The ICC Canada Arbitration Committee is hosting two complimentary lunchtime seminars to help arbitrators, lawyers and in-house counsel familiarize themselves with the amendments to the ICC Rules of Arbitration, which entered into force on March 1, 2017.

Presented by Marek Krasula, Counsel of the North American team of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and with the participation of Pierre Bienvenu, Canada’s alternate member of the ICC Court, the seminars will feature a discussion and Q & A on the revisions to the ICC Rules, particularly the new expedited procedure provisions, all of which aim to further enhance the efficiency and transparency of ICC arbitrations.

Participants are also welcome to join the members of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee and the representatives from the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for dinner on the evening of the seminar. The cost of dinner is the participant’s responsibility.

These seminars and dinners are excellent opportunities for you to dialogue and network with representatives from the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. We hope you will join us.

We encourage you to invite your colleagues to these events.
