The Canadian Chamber of Commerce accepts cash, certified cheque, money order, credit card and electronic funds transfers.

* Same day service (within six hours) can only be provided if all the required forms (including the general list) are properly completed and signed by the requestor and submitted to a carnet issuing office by 12 p.m. EST. Carnet fees must be received and the security (40% of the value of the goods being exported) must be in place before a carnet can be released.


Claims Handling Fee

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to assess claims handling fees for files that require excessive examination time, telephone, facsimile or postage charges and/or other issues that cause financial or other loss to the Canadian Chamber as a result of misuse of an ATA carnet or lack of cooperation from the carnet holder.
