ATA Carnet and document certification – service update

Please note that while the majority of our staff are now working remotely to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are still opening our Ottawa and Toronto offices on a rotation. Our Montreal office is closed until further notice.

Montreal: Closed
Ottawa Office: Wednesdays
Toronto Office: Tuesdays and Fridays

Your Carnet will still be processed, but it may be shipped from a different regional office and not available for in-office pick-up. A representative will contact you with specific information.

Document certification requests will have to be submitted online at www.tradecert.com/canada. If you do not already have an account, please contact exportservices@chamber.ca.

 We will continue to do our best to meet all deadlines, but please note that same-day service in any region may not be available. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you need to speak to a Services representative, please email: exportservices@chamber.ca. We thank you for your understanding.
