Travel and accommodation:
While participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce has negotiated a special rate with the Hilton Lac-Leamy. Please contact the Hilton and quote: CKT to receive the negotiated rate.

Cancellation:
Subject to agreement from the Canadian Chamber of Commerce prior to the event, registration can be transferred within the same organization at no extra charge. Registrations are non-refundable

In the unlikely event of cancellation, delegates will be offered a full refund. The Canadian Chamber will not be held responsible for any related expense incurred by the participant.
