In preparation for the G8 and G20 leaders’ summits, hosted by Canada in June, leaders of the world’s most prominent business organizations gathered to exchange ideas on how to improve global cooperation in three major areas: preventing future financial and economic crises; supporting trade liberalization and rejecting protectionism; and climate change. At the conclusion of the discussions, a declaration of the group’s recommendations was prepared and signed by each business leader. Each leader will provide his/her respective head of state with a copy of the declaration. **Click here to download the G8 Business Declaration**
